I am depressed because: I am bored right now.
I will fix it by: going on wrongplanet

It can be serious-

I am depressed because: I feel lonely right now and I want to talk to someone special but they don't want my help
I will fix this by: Giving them their space when they need it and talking out the issues when they are available to patch up the relationship.

Or you can leave the last blank empty-

I am depressed because: I have no idea what I will do to *celebrate* my birthday
I will fix this by______________________

I am depressed because of the world economic crisis
I will fix this by occupying wall street, wearing a silly mask, and singing trolololol until I awesomely get arrested.

I am depressed because I've been avoiding going to my clubhouse.

I will fix it by going to Stepping Stones for Toastmasters tomorrow afternoon.

I am depressed because the ways I have set out to make my existence somewhat meaningful are not making it meaningful enough.

I will fix this by finding better ways to make my existence meaningful (going to school in January should help some).

I am depressed because I abjectly reject the notion of 'diversity', and maintain a staunchly ableist view of human worth and responsibility.

I won't fix this, because failures should feel awful.

I am depressed because of my outlook on life; I amn't always happy with the hand I've been dealt.
I will fix this by... uh waiting.

I've got some long term plans and goals that should help me snap out of that cycle.

Yeah, working on that now that I got my job. It's a long process.
