If you keep telling yourself that, it'll never get any better. Seek help, definitely. Suicide's never the appropriate answer, and anyone who thinks it is should see a mental health professional right away.

Trust me: You'll be glad you did, in the end.

That's hardly out of the ordinary. Just, once you know, back off and respect her privacy and personal life and move on.

Hardly uncommon, either. We all do or say dumb or inappropriate things at one time or another; it just comes down to learn from your mistakes and doing better next time.

Might want to check with a psychologist about that, if you're being literal; dissociation is never a good sign when it comes to mental health. If you're being figurative, then I can kind of understand where you're coming from. When I was severely depressed, I didn't really care what was going on around me and ignored it for the most part, preferring to live mostly inside my mind, entertaining myself with my thoughts and the music I listened to.

Everyone makes mistakes but that's the only way we learn what not to do. you probably feel crap right now but just think things could be much worse..
