If you keep telling yourself that, it'll never get any better. Seek help, definitely. Suicide's never the appropriate answer, and anyone who thinks it is should see a mental health professional right away.

Trust me: You'll be glad you did, in the end.

Might want to check with a psychologist about that, if you're being literal; dissociation is never a good sign when it comes to mental health. If you're being figurative, then I can kind of understand where you're coming from. When I was severely depressed, I didn't really care what was going on around me and ignored it for the most part, preferring to live mostly inside my mind, entertaining myself with my thoughts and the music I listened to.

Everyone makes mistakes but that's the only way we learn what not to do. you probably feel crap right now but just think things could be much worse..
