I've seem to have degenerated into a state of lunacy over the years, and it doesn't seem to be of a particular autistic flavor, either. It makes me feel kind of depressed but yet I'm kind of ambivalent about it. In fact, the lunacy just wants to make me laugh!

Yes, YEESSSSS, I'M MADDDDD!! !! HAHAHAHAHAHA!! !

I don't think you're mad. I think you're just a lost deep thinker trying to find your personal identity.

If my response was not what you were after, I apologize.

ahh wel look on it from the bright side you could be insane and unhappy about it. and be honest now sanity isn't all wat it makes up to be. if you want to be more sane try and forget what you thought of yourself and try and remember what everyone knows.

I wasn't after a particular kind of response, but gosh, your description sounds so flattering (And hopefully accurate, lol.) so I definitely would rather believe that, lol. :D

Inside every sane person, there's a madman struggling to get out...
No one goes mad quicker than a totally sane person.

*GASP* kevinjh just used a contraction! Maybe kevinjh was only repeating someone else without using quotation marks and a reference! He even started referring to himself in the third person!

I hope so, too! I'm thinking it's the "bad memory" in addition to literally being mad kind of madness, though, so just a typical text-book insane asylum kind of madness. That could be good as long as they don't lock me up and make me really mad.

You're right, I need to get a cute picture, again. This tiger is making me all sorts of unnecessarily ferocious.

I almost had an oxytocin rush! Luckily, I stopped it after the fourth part of the second.

This reminds me of one of my favourite passages from Alice in Wonderland:

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.

"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."

"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.

"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

Alice didn't think that proved it at all; however, she went on "And how do you know that you're mad?"

"To begin with," said the Cat, "a dog's not mad. You grant that?"

"I suppose so," said Alice.

"Well, then," the Cat went on, "you see, a dog growls when it's angry, and wags its tail when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad."

"I call it purring, not growling," said Alice.
