i lost it after being on the phone with microsoft support for two hours. i am very sick(bronchial infection) and feel awful. no idea they would keep me on. he kept putting me on hold and i felt myself getting angrier and angrier. destroyed my cd-rom drive when he told me we'd have to reinstall all over again (1+ hours at least). lost it.
plus i might not get to go to my dads for thanksgiving (which on one hand is not so bad... one of my step nieces is there and she smacks when she eats it drives me crazy).

in a very foul mood right now. wondering what kinds of awful things my soon to be ex roommate is saying about me. Ruining whatever small chance i might have had at going out to the clubs which I rarely do but it would be nice to have that as an option. but now, no that has been stolen from me.

i hate my life tonight. nobody to vent with. just me and this damn fan and a pile of blankets.

Maybe some Microsoft related humor might help.....I was in a repair shop that I trust and heard one of the tech's getting mad with the India based tech agent......finally he lost it and said, "Look....let me make this simple for you.....I just ate your God, flame broiled from Burger King for lunch.....and he tasted GOOD....now get some one on this phone who speaks English and knows what the f**k they are doing damn it!"

Other than that alone with a bunch of blankets short of playing a game of fort with you as the sole sentry left, I'm not sure what to recommend, ..... sorry Boondock Saints moment there....

Good luck and hang in there.

Hang in there.

Yeah, that's the best I've got.

Yeah, Microsoft is not known for good customer service. I remember when I bought a game off their online service and it didn't work, and when I called them the guy basically said "well, try deleting and re-downloading it" which didn't fix the problem. I must have called back like 3 times and everybody told me the same thing.

I felt like smashing some **** too.
