That happens to me, too, but very rarely.

i could be anywhere and these negatives thoughts will sometimes come cascading into my mind. Sometimes, watching some cute and funny videos on youtube helps but at times it just doesn't help. Cure for depression: playing with my cat who refuses to act like a cat and prefers to stay a kitten. :)

I believe my "natural" state of existence is depression. It is made worse by bad things in my own life or bad things I read about in the world.....but,it often has no cause. It makes me very restless and I have often done extreem things to get out of these "funks"....the more "diverting" the thing I did(sex, drugs, crashing house parties)the better to destract myself from myself.....Thank fully I have outgrown this phase...I really think it was just my "lonliness"...now I am on Effexor and enjoy my hobbies and dont seem to have the same need to socialize(though I do it on here.lol)

I get that most of the time.

I am in a state of mild depression though, so it's probably why I feel like what you've said zfwarroir316.

It can go both ways for me - either I'll be doing nothing much and suddenly feel quite euphoric, or end up feeling quite down. I can get depressed very easily via getting frustrated for the simplist of reasons. I also find its worse when blood sugar is low, or too much caffiene... i.e. stimulants/depressants in general I guess.

Sometimes I'll be out and end up feeling worse than when I went out *shrugs* *sigh*.

I think all of us have days when we feel down in the dumps, some of us more than others. I usually just hope it passes quickly.

That happens to me often, although something will have to start me off. But even if its something not that bad it can.

Happens to me rather often, and usually at times when I'm pretty happy. My brain hates me.

I used to get mild bouts of depression pretty randomly, but quite often. They never lasted very long, but for the past week it's really been hurting. If I didn't know me better, I'd say it's just the blues from moving away from home, but I know myself well enough to know that that's the least of my problems. I've managed to almost forget about the whole issue of Asperger's for a couple of years now, and have been functioning pretty normally.. and now suddenly I'm at uni and it's all come back. So..yeah. This place looks nice, just hope things will get better.

I always feel depressed, but sometimes it will get really bad seemingly out of nowhere.

Sometimes I feel really great, sometimes I fall into something terrible. I feel useless during those times. Like right now.

The only thing I miss about my depression is my "bad "poetry....nobody else seems to be grieving this great literary loss to the world...LOL?
