I am not motivated to do anything right now.

One of my special interests is counting cards...but I can't actually use it at a casino since I am not 21. I learned for about 5 months when I was going to be going on a cruise and you only had to be 18 to gamble. So no motivation and add mean that I don't have any drive to practice.

I don't have my xbox with me, and I don't know anyone where I am living right now.

I think you need to feel passionately towards something or at least desire to learn before you engage in a course, motivation is a key factor and he could end up doing a course, only to lose the passion for it. However I think you should try different courses or workshops until you find something that are motivated to do.

Da Vinci quote - polymaths for the win. :D

I agree with the advice already given and, though it's already been said -- find something you can get passionate about and, preferably, something that has no limitations on how/when/where you can delve into it. If you can get excited about something, it's much easier to find the motive power to engage it. The hard part is always finding that subject.

One thing which should have been obvious, if I get enough sleep I feel better. Instead of 6 hours of sleep getting 8 or 9. So I would then feel more like doing stuff
