I have no clue how to feel so GAH! is my best shot. I am depressed, scared, anxious. angry, and idk what else all at the same time idk how i feel. I am 18 and can't get a job out of school, and just read a forum about someone wanting to kill themselves. (i have had 2 ppl in my life do that not good at all). I am scared about the obsession with the world ending, I am afraid to die, I am anxious about getting a job at all because I hate to screw stuff up because when I was a kid I got chewed out for EVERYTHING i did wrong, I am angry at myself because I feel helpless and that never solves anything and I can't sleep at night sometimes I think that I am developing Goraphobia or however you spell the fear of leaving your house, and I need to let it out. I feel like after this I may just pass out due to feeling overload. Anyone else have a feeling overload? If so how did you cope with it?

do something you enjoy for about an hour to refocus yourself.

if you get a boss as demeaning as those who picked on you for every little thing, you can always quit. try not to confuse constructive criticism with being picked on.

practice overcomes agoraphobia. go someplace easy to deal with like the library or your favorite coffee shop.

if you can't find work right away, volunteer. some things i've done are reading the newspaper from my home phone into a recording system the blind can access. i taught english to folks from other countries. i assistant taught swimming to kids in return for a free gym membership. this will give you references that will help you in your job search.

never give up looking for work. i was out of work for 13 years when i got my current job. i can't begin to count the number of jobs i applied for in that time - lots.

Thank you for the advise and I must say I feel kinda foolish the Emotional Overload isn't what it seemed I thought it was an overload because of what I was thinking about and how I was feeling at the time when Really it was a sugar rush xD.
