Ever been called a pig?

Hey! I was trying to fix the printer so I sat my sandwhich crust down on the table. Dad came in to try to help me and said "who's sandwhich is this?!" Mine. "You pig! Throw it away! I feel hurt!! !! I'm only 130lb. so not heavy but called a "pig" for leaving my sandwhich crust on the table! IMO go crazy and don't eat ALL DAY TOMORROW?! !! !! But I do have a test and don't want to fail it for being really hungry. It's hard not to let things my parents say get to me. I've made posts in the past that have mentioned "I'm shocked you haven't killed yourself yet." and IMO I sometimes agree with you guys! I'm shocked I haven't killed myself yet either!! !! !! ! Also another past post suggested living under a bridge homeless would be better than my situation but to get college aid or a job or anything in life you need a physical address now a days and I don't want to live on the street homeless so that idea is out. How do you deal with being put down all the time? It's so emotionally painful! I WANT TO CRAWL INTO BED AND CRY MYSELF TO SLEEP!! !! !! !! !! !! !! !

I think what he meant was that you were messy for not picking up after yourself- not a glutton.

There are a lot worse names than pig. Not to say your situation isn't distressing, it's still a put down.

I agree with the above poster, he wasn't calling you a pig for eating a sandwich, he was calling you a pig for being messy and leaving crusts on the table.

I think you overreacted just like your father did. It's really unimportant...
