How do I Ask for Help!?

How do I even ask for help? I have a horrible way of communicating for myself and I feel like my problems just embarrass me...

If I know what the issue is that I need help with, first I try to work out who is the best person to ask for help. When that is out of the way, I ask for help.

Look up books on conversation skills and public speaking at the library. Also, you could join a debate club or Toastmasters.
