I think they're both anxiety-caused... that was painful, though.

Fairly used to this, but they don't usually occur at the same time. They're both gone already.

Relate. My cat woke me up at 3 a.m.. The first thought in my head was: heart attacks often occur at 3 a.m. . The room was stuffy and my nose was plugged, so I figured I couldn't breath - another "symptom". And so it went until I got up and had a tea. I can usually stave off a full blown panic attack thanks to some outpatient therapy years ago, but I still get right up there to that thresh hold often enough.

They are not pleasant. For sure, don't ignore your body - particularly if you have had a virus or anything recently. But, you know yourself, too - and anxiety is such a rotten thing to live with. I am glad you posted. I hope your day goes better.

Get checked by your doctor. Those are also signs of heart attack or artery blockage. It could also be low potassium levels.
