Ever get so angry you just feel numb?

Like, such a massive betrayal of trust that it actually manages to shut out the constant worry and second guessing that seems to accompany any other social interaction.. and instead it's just a calmness..

I don't know. I think it's different when it's someone you love(d). I don't feel like revenge; it's a different kind of anger; like love and hate hate in such equal measures that you just feel... nothing.

Yes, I think it's very similar to an acute stress response (shock) from physical injury

I wouldn't hurt anyone, but yeah, I really find I need to be alone when I'm stressed/angry.
