I just threw a huge meltdown, put two holes in the door cursed (I front of my mom) , I cant stand my mom and really depressed. I am so worried that my mom is going to make me go to some hospital. Please tell me what to do

I think the best thing you can do right now is whatever it will take to calm yourself down. Take some time out and take deep breathes in an out. If you can, think of a place or time you felt happy and relaxed and try to hold that image in your mind.

When you feel a little better, you can apologise to your mother for cursing and the door can be repaired. I'm sure your mother is trying her best, even if she is getting things very wrong. It might be worth thinking about what caused the meltdown (although not right now) so you can perhaps prevent this happening again.

Either get to your "happy place" immediately or do whatever you have to do to calm down. For me, sometimes screaming into a pillow helps. Sounds odd, but you MUST have an outlet plan.
