Lack of sleep really does have a negative effect on our moods, so get some rest. Then eat a healthy meal, and get some exercise. The good food will make you feel better and give a boost to your system. The exercise will generate mood boosting endorphins.
Now get some rest!

Oh I know. But then again, it was hypocritical for me to get mad. I think me and my oldest daughter are going to lay out by her pool this afternoon after we get back from picking my Mom up from the Dr. She's trying to make it up to me, so that's what matters I suppose. And I wouldn't have cared had I not been right there.

True, and I got it all worked out, even after that snag that happened this morning. As it turns out we will probably go swimming Thursday because my friend wants me to braid her hair in microbraids. She has long, thick hair thats down to her butt. She can actually sit on her hair if she's not careful. That's going to take all day to do and part of the night so either I'm spending the night at her house or she's spending the night here.
