Hello, I heard an older show last night with lots of guns and music that didn't click with me, I had a scary anxiety flare up with the things I was saying too dark to share, am I the only Aspie on this boat?

No, not at all. Even NT's have anxiety from time to time so don't look at it like "It's only an Aspie/Autie thing"
