That's the worst way imaginable, seriously man don't do that...you're likely to end up with brain damage from lack of oxygen if you survive. So I hope you reconsider. if you want to talk non publicly you can messege me but i won't tell you how to kill yourself. Otherwise you're welcome to talk about whatever it is making you feel this way here or in the members only section.

Don't commit suicide. If your life has hit rock bottom, there's no way it can go but up. There are people in your life who care about you more than you realize. At the very least, the people on this forum care about you. If you really feel that you can't go on, then call a suicide hotline or commit yourself to a psych ward. There are people who can help you fix whatever problems you are having. Where there's a will, there's a way.

Keep yourself alive, dude. It eventually gets better. Trust me. I've been there.

Hold out for a bit, feelings and situations are subject to constant change. What is it that is leading you to consider suicide? If you'd like, feel free to PM me, or anyone else in thread. Try talking to a prefessional, on a hotline or support group, or perhaps even just read about suicide prevention. Good luck in facing this.

It doesnt even have to be high. I knew a girl who hung herself from the top bunk in jail. Her feet were on the ground the whole time. That takes extremely strong will though. I'd imagine that sucks.

I also know a guy who tried to hang himself from the ceiling fan in his room. His parents found him and cut him down before he was dead. He has a permenant scar on his neck and thats not the worst part of it. He's a meth head now. Bad too.

Unless you have some kind of gallows and someone who knows exactly how to tie the noose, hanging probably sucks. I mean think about it. You have almost a minute there where you are trying really hard to get that off your neck but you can't. The entire last minute of your life is spent in desperation trying to live. I really wouldn't do it that way. Also it makes your face bloat up and it's really obvious that you pee on yourself.

For real though, there's meds that can make you feel better. Hell, there are some that can actually make you feel good. Take advantage of modern medicine and don't hang yourself.

Pills are worse. They usually don't work and they cause serious liver, heart, and kidney problems.

Actually I did find the kind of knot that breaks your neck instead of strangling.

Meds are part of the reason I'm in this mess. My asthma medications are causing heart problems. People keep spraying perfumes around me to trigger my asthma attacks, and at this point I'm using my inhaler so much that the side effects are kicking in full swing. I'm having heart problems, and I've had two heart attacks in addition to the [painful] muscle spasms I had before it got this bad.

I've been on Xanax, Prozac, and birth control. They all made my depression worse.

It doesn't really matter because the thing I thought I could hang myself from can't support my weight. It was fine if I was just hanging on it but it fell off when I tried swinging.

Been there done that and would have to disagree, I find lack of oxygen to be way more unpleasant.

So will you be trying again? I'd hope not.
