I had an anxiety attack last night

So last night my sister takes me to dinner and says out of the blue she is pcsing in the spring and I panik and freak out because it was so sudden and not expected till the summer so we may be moving and I don't know where I might move out but I don't know.I didn't sleep because of it.I am still freaking out!
