I have seen a general pattern in life that you build up good situations and then they breakdown from natural causes. It is never fun to have to rebuild and over time it can become even more frustrating, having to rebuild the same thing over and over. But I don't think there is much that one can do to prevent it. Its just part of the natural cycles of life.
In the military it occurs regularly, like every 2-4 years, with each change of station. Military folks tend to handle it by just setting up things as quick as possible and not being very picky about it. For example: You meet someone even vaguely agreeable to you, with kids similiar age to yours (to provide kids with playmates)... OK, that will do as a friends. Check.
I don't know if you will find anything useful in this, but it is an approach option.
it was very useful.
its quite overwhleming for me since i am sensitive and socially handicapped
when things come crushing down i dont know how to handle it.
rebuilding things really pisses me off
