I feel so alone!

I have friends but they all have their own life's, spouses and other friends. I message or write mails and no one answers. I don't want to be a pain in the ass so I don't usually write to people when I'm down and when I do I try to pick different friends at different times so that not one friend gets all of it.
I've been feeling really down for a couple of weeks and it's just even more depressing that I don't have any one to talk to.
I thought that I would get to chat with my friend today but it turned out that he is really depressed to and I spent our entire chat trying to make sense of his depression.

I don't know what I want with this post. Just wanted to get some of it out I guess.

Also I just went to take a look at the on line dating service where I found my ex and saw that he is back on it. He is on line actually.

Can't even describe what I'm feeling now.

Just the fact that you wrote something on here makes me feel better. I was starting to feel like there was some sort of cosmic conspiracy to ignore me and make me feel worthless. I mean no one even wrote anything on here. Made me start wondering if I exist.
