I don't feel like my body matches me.

I look in the mirror, and most of the time, I don't like what I see. I think that my 5'7, 220-ish build does not fit me. At all. In fact, I feel that I've hijacked the body of someone else. If I could make a list about the things about my body that I hate, it would qualify as its own book.

I don't much care for my body either, I don't feel like my mind and body are attached properly. I don't feel like a human being, more like a 'thing'. I suspect that there is nothing wrong with either of us, it's just a feeling. I know it's horrible, and I wish I could tell you how to fix it but I truly have no idea.
