Ok I do not know if it fits here. Mods feel free to move it if it doesnt.

Well my psychiatrist (who is not an AS expert, but agreed to look into all my standard test results) agreed that I may have some traits of AS but not all. So I am happy to get some form of validation and a relief that I have not imagined it totally. I also got referred to a specialist whom I have contacted for an appointment.
Well my psychiatrist said that the label doesn't matter and she has understood the type of support I need.
Finally someone who believes that my head is a mess though I appear all "normal".
Just wanted to share this elation.

That is good news--it is much easier to make progress when you know what the issues are!
