Has anyone else ever feel angry, but you're not sure why? I've felt like that all day at school today. It felt like that everyone was annoying to me, I didn't want to talk, and I couldn't focus on my assignments (which we received A LOT today). I just wanted to shut down, to turn myself off from reality. Hell, I didn't even want to talk to any of my friends! I just felt like I couldn't think of any conversation and I wanted to get away from it all. Is it weird that I felt like this?

I can relate. I don't know why I feel more than half my emotions. Heck, most of the time I don't even know how I'm feeling.

I'm sorry to hear that from both of you guys, I feel like it's been happening often recently. Like yesterday, the only times I didn't want to shut down was at lunch and bowling club after school.

I get that feeling a lot. It seemed random at first but after many years I saw a pattern of suddenly getting in that mood (for no reason) and everything bothering me much more then normal and feeling angry. It is roughly monthly with me (there are exceptions, as perhaps other things can trigger it) and usually lasts a few days and then I have a few days where I am kind of drained. I have since self diagnosed myself as having bipolar disorder and those angry feelings come in the manic stage I believe. My stratagy since has been not to believe my negative thoughts at those times and chalk them up to some chemical imbalance (or something simliar) in my brain. I also let those closest to me know I am in that phase so they will be aware.

maybe it makes you angry that you have no reason to be angry, and once you get a valid reason to be angry, you may calm down.

I can relate as well. Somedays I just have an attitude and I can't explain why I am. I guess it's pent up anger from the past? I got a lot of that. :p
