Despite that I don't play M-rated games, I think the music and sound effects in some of my games are making me subconsciously fearful, does this happen to anyone else? Do I need to take a long brake from these Metroid titles?
I think that just like anything that can become addicting, they can cause irritability and depression....
Then anything involving real life can make you agro for taking you away from your addiction....
I TOTALLY agree on the music subconsciously making you angry...
I switch to innocent sounding games in small doses like animal crossings etc, and then I feel all innocent and happy again, where as when I used to play killing games I became more and more disconnected.
