This is why I'm rotting - all she ever does is sneer in our meetings and has so far successfully ignored my pleas to get out of here for an entire year. I am going insane, and I told her that, but I guess I need to translate that into something she'd understand personally.

Dont threaten to murder her.

If she is not doing anything positive in your life, why is she in it?

Hurting or killing someone will make your life so much harder, you don't want that, Everyone has someone they work for, contact her manager and discuss the situation with them, this can sometimes be as easy as sending off an e-mail.

Bloody hell, it must be bad if it's getting to this stage.

If this social worker is bad for you, get rid of him/her immediately. No ifs, no buts. Do it. Either that or, if it's not the social worker at fault, get yourself some help.

Don't become a loser, Mootoo.

Threatening murder will put you on their "S**t List", and you'll likely be under stricter and less friendly observation from then on (to say the least).

This as well. You'll basically get treated like a criminal scumbag from thereon in.

If you do that you'll be charged with 1st Degree threatening, probably be in jail for a couple months, see a probation officer for a couple years. Have fun.

I'm not sure where "here" is, but is there a supervisor you can talk to?

in America he might be investigated to see if he was actually going to do it. just saying your going to murder someone is not a crime unless he was actually working to do said murder he has not actually committed any crimes. people say they are going to murder people with no intent to actually murder someone everyday. its a figure of speech. tone is very important in the situation.

Killing her wouldn't make the point anyway. She would be dead so there wouldn't be anything for her to notice.

No, he'd get arrested for threatening a couple hours after saying it. As it is a threat.

Threatening to kill her is not the answer.
From reading the linked thread, it seems that you are caught in a system where you have no control over what happens to you. I'd suggest asking for another social worker, but I doubt they would listen to you. Their game, they make the rules.
What is it specifically that is the problem with your flat? Neighbours, unsanitary conditions, lack of necessities like heat and water? I'm asking because I'd like to give specific advice about how to deal with the problems.
But don't commit a crime - things can always be worse and I think prison would be.
