Why do relationships with people have to be so hard work? Ask a friendly question or make a wee joke, etc. and then.....
What's wrong with just having a friendly conversation?

I hear you, UDG. People can be so difficult sometimes. Best thing to do? Don't give up. And look for people that like some of the things you like, that may help. I understand completely what you're saying, have been there and done that.
