This is completely pathetic but I'm feeling very insecure right now. I'm looking for compliments, preferably sincere. I'm sorry to have to ask this.

I'm feeling very much in my bubble at the moment and like no-one cares enough to try and get through. It's like I have this forcefield that's impenetrable anyway, so no-one with the best will in the world will be able to make me feel like a full member of the human race. I feel like I'm screaming inside for company on a 'spiritual' level (I don't know how to put it except 'spiritual'.)

Well I like you p'mouse. :) We all get times when we feel we are trapped inside a bubble and all alone with no connections to anyone. I'm like that most of the time actually but have grown content with my bubble. Don't know why you want to be a member of the human race for anyway... you are a cute rodent. I've felt spiritual links with one or two people in my life; it is something of a rarity to feel that way with someone, a sense of being beyond body and emotions and almost like you are mentally merged with them, then eventually something goes wrong and you find yourself on your own again. Hope you feel less alone. Sending you a gentle hug... don't want to squeeze too hard, rodents are quite delicate.

puddingmouse,

Even though I don't know you personally, I think you are wonderful just the way you are! You were no accident and neither was I, God doesn't make junk. I go through some of the very emotions from time to time that you speak of, believe me. Feel free to PM me whenever you want to, I'll listen to anything that's bothering you, anytime. Keep your chin up. :)

Everyone feels that at some point, I'll bet. I will say that I find your posts I've seen a lot more relatable. It's refreshing to actually be able to relate to another female's perspective. :)

Reading this made me feel a bit less alone.

You are one of the people here I'd like to meet IRL, if only to go through your record collection. You are quite cool.

You need some cheese. Cheese always makes me feel better. :)

I'm glad someone else likes my taste in music. It's my main special interest, so if someone likes my music taste, I feel like they like a fairly important part of me.

Thanks for the offer of the PM. I don't believe in God but even though my genes might not be brilliant, the fact that I am sentient and can type my thoughts on the Internet to communicate with other people is something of a miracle in itself.

I think most people are relatable in some way. I just try to be honest about things because then people will be more likely to relate to what I'm really like.

Whenever I see one of your posts I think "Oh cool, that nice mouseperson"
If we lived nearby, I would offer to reassure you with a visit
So you are lucky there, you don't have to go through
"Ooo, this was a bad idea. This weird old witch never shuts up. How on earth do I get rid of her politely?"

I like you. I don't always reply to PMs, which I hope you weren't offended by.

I often feel people don't notice my posts *shrug*.

Not offended.

People will read your posts and agree but then not saying anything because that's how aspies are. We communicate weirdly.

Haha, hanging around with someone who never shuts up actually makes me feel so much less anxious.
