oh s**t what have I done?

3 months self harm free and ive really messed up

been sat on my bed for half an hour hacking at me arms ,I now look as if ive been ravaged by an angry cat.

all the stress of everything has been building up inside me for weeks and needed to be let out -the release I felt was tremendous and im sacred I cant stop

just wanna cut and scratch and slash till all this s**t stops ....

Roxy i've seen your other post and the truly horrible thing that has happened to you you have every right to completely fall apart and cry and everything but hurting yourself like this is not helping you in any way please remember that it wasn't your fault you are not to blame for this .i know it must seem your entire world has fallen apart but even now your not alone.i and i'm sure plenty of others are here for you and we want to support you and help you.

Hello Roxy, please, please, please do not hurt yourself anymore. Is there anyone you can talk to about what has happened to trigger this?

I'm a self-harmer too.

Dealing with it and managing it and managing life is difficult.

It can really be challenging sometimes.

Anyway. PM me if you need to talk or vent or want advice and good luck. You seem like you've seen some rough times.
