The title of this thread might be used loosely, though maybe not. When I saw these things, I immediately felt like they described my life, just in a sentence. Am I trying to feel better about myself, by trying to relate to these things, telling myself that that's exactly what I'm going through, or is this something actually legitimate? I'd love to have any sort of input from others as to what you think about them.
One of the ones I saw was
"Here's a [sic] serious advice. Even the nicest people have their limits. Don't try to reach that point because the nicest people are also the scariest as*holes when they've had enough"
To explain some as to why I think this relates to me, is that even though I have anger problems, even though I can go into an unstoppable rage, even though I have wanted to inflict harm upon others, I think that if I really did, I would immediately regret it. After the "self satisfaction" of me letting my punch fly, I think that I would have severe repercussions about it. Maybe not though, I don't know. I
If you get to know me, you'll find that I care. That I can listen, and offer advice about things, That I can be with someone and help them calm down. That I can be the kindest person you'll ever meet. However - if you get to know me, you'll find that once I get to that point, as mentioned in the quote, I do - in fact - become a "monster". I become this person that doesn't care about scaring others, that doesn't care about anything other than getting even with the person that has made me get to that point. I've been there, multiple times. My adrenalin builds, and I lose concentration of everything around me, simply focusing on that one person. I have yet to hit someone while in this state of mind, though I believe that it has a very good chance of eventually happening.
Anyways, on to the second one.
"Depression is where you don't really care about anything. Anxiety is where you care too much about everything. And having both is staying in bed because you don't want to fail. Having both is wanting to go see your friends so you don't lose them all, then staying in bed because you don't want to make the effort. Having both is insanely hard and sucks to deal with"
What is there to say about this one? It's who I feel that I am.
Any thoughts on either of these? I'd love to get any feedback on what's been said here.

All I can say is that you could have been describing me from the my teen years to my early 20s. Things did improve, but very slowly. Giving up my "get so drunk that you pass out every night" lifestyle helped quite a bit. Meditation and exercise also helped.
I still have some anger issues, but I have learned to delay exploding until I am alone. I am sure my neighbors do not appreciate the noise, though.
