I have a serious problem...
Sometimes I just loose my temper. I get madly angry, bang things like doors, walls, tables, throwing stuff.
It often happens when I hurt myself, as today when I hit my elbow in the wall and scared the s**t out of my poor fiancee.
She told me after it was like to see somebody else, everything change, my voice, my acting...just everything.
I realize I really need to take control over myself because otherwise I'll f**k up my life one day.
Note that I never hurt people when acting like this, but still this behavior cause me a lot of anxiety and shame.
How to take control over this? I can't stand to have it like this anymore...

Loose your temper loose your friends. Put tantrums aside now.

If you had any good advice about how to do it would be nice instead of just saying "don't do it".

Try to figure out what the trigger is.

There must be something that sparks you off.

Once you find out what it is, then find a way of dealing with it that is less destructive.

As I wrote pain is a big trigger, I have perceptional disorder with extremely low pain tolerance and besides my Asperger I'm visually impaired and therefore turn into stuff sometimes, not a good combination...
Another trigger is when people are very rude to me, but fortunately that doesn't happen too often anymore.
As I see it these triggers are hard to fight against...I'm young and healthy beside my bad vision and don't want to do everything in ultrarapide like an oldie, and other people will never be possible to control.
But at least I've made the decision to get a good self-control, which is a good start.

Yes it is a good start.

Everybody has to start somewhere.
