To explain that tall anime doll that guy has that was a gift from his friend and neighbor Yamazaki before he moved away, Yamazaki is an otaku a bigtime one who was working on making some video games unfortunatly it didnt go well businesswise and his family wanted him to run the farming business in Hokaido so he couldnt take all the big things with him so he gave the big doll to Saito as a going away present. Saito the guy that is alone is a Hikkikomori. You would have to watch the series to understand the whole thing theres a lot of hilarious stuff in it as well as some serious stuff in the series and how real life really is. Only 24 episodes long, http://www.watchdub.com/english-dubbed/ ... o-the-nhk/ dont worry its English dubbed its one of the few animes that sound better dubbed than subbed.
