My sister and I are kind of crushed by high school and Asian parent expectations, and I think the stress is so bad because one of my friends tried to commit suicide twice. I'm getting more and more distant from my father, because he all expects his three children to be one way, but none of us want to be what he expects us to be. A few of the autistic friends that I have are graduating next year and I'm not sure that I will be able to get through next year because they aren't there. :(

I wish that there was some way to make it all go away...

Well I admit I have not experianced that exact situation. However I know too well how overwhelming stress can get, its freaking ridiculous. But yeah yesterday I had a panic attack from hell over stress and so I know what it can do to people. I wish I had some kind of advice but all I can really offer is understanding about how overwhelming stress can be.

Having experienced merciless academic expectations and too many dead friends, what I can tell you is that things get simpler, if not always easier. Just yesterday I had to deal with the millionth instance of my dad yelling at me to get a job. I already know how to program...

Make cheap housing a priority as I have. Having one's own roof & internet connection is amazing, when possible.

Do your parents make any allowances for your Asperger's? If not, maybe you can find someone, for example a school counselor or psychotherapist, who can tell them what it's like for you and what accommodations you will need in order to be able to succeed at school and later on in life. They may listen to a sympathetic third party more than they seem to be listening to you.
