I've had it with my whining and self pity. I'm so done with that. Today is the day that I'm going to man up, pull my head out of my ass, put on my big girl panties and suck it up and deal with it. Sitting around crying doesn't do anybody any good and it just makes me feel worse. I might even exercise later on. Hold me to it please.

I'm always the first one to tell other people to suck it up and deal, and I haven't taken my own advice lately. It's time to take that advice.

Meditation. I cannot recommend it enough. The period I started meditating marked one of the happiest most settled of the last few years. Try mindfullness practise and read through the satipatthana sutta

Good on you! Try going for a run (if you're into that). I know it helps me, because then I can whine about being sore instead :D

Head, say goodbye to ass. Ass, say goodbye to head. I will join in the fun of pulling heads and asses apart, just watch.

I wish you the best of luck on that. Monitor yourself when you can, and if it helps, don't forget to do what you love doing, this time for a much different purpose.
