I think I need help... quick!

I was diagnosed with Aspergers a few years back. I did this to satisfy my desire to understand my past and why things are the way they are with myself. Since then I pretty much ignored the diagnosis considering I was living as a hermit essentially and didn't put myself into bad situations that could trigger negative traits on the spectrum.

I didn't look into getting help and services. Now I truly regret that.

Fast forward to now and I find I'm working and in situations that are triggering me. I'm also comorbid with depression and anger. I just find it's messing things up royally.

I don't know where to turn. I need help. Where do I even begin? I currently live in Rhode Island. If anyone has a tip or help for me I could really use it. Please. I'm getting scared of having a terrible meltdown. I can't even fathom where to begin.

Have you ever had a "cabinet?" I wonder if "cabinet" still means "milk shake" or "ice cream soda" in Rhode Island.

Unfortunately those links didn't really help. People really don't like to answer their emails, even though the information is listed which is quite baffling. I detest using the phone because of reasons, usually related to rambling and misunderstanding. But I begin to digress here. I contacted my old Doctor who diagnosed me and received a reply within a day. Help is on the horizon and I feel that I can breathe comfortably again. I'm quite relieved. Thank you both for attempting to help, but I must say that those websites aren't helpful to those who need help quickly which is a shame. If I had been in a truly unsafe place things could have gotten very bad.
