I?m very angry with someone; I have an intense amount of negativity and hatred bubbling up inside me. Being angry is a very uncomfortable feeling, and most of the time I avoid it or move on quickly from it, but sometimes I can?t and this is that kind of anger.
I?m fairly certain that I will feel like this for a while, got any anger management tips?

Unfortunately I haven't found a good antidote. It only seemed to diminish with time. I think as ASD people we may be prone to this. Perhaps part of our hyper focus on things. Too bad there isn't a switch you can turn off.

when I was younger and fitter, I would take it out on shoe leather- I would go out running and running and running as fast as I could, all the while visualizing the faces of my tormentors being on the bottoms of my soles getting ground into the dirt. and if that didn't work, then I'd go swimming laps and laps until I was so tired I couldn't think of anything else but rest.
