Hello.

I have decided to compose a list of reasons today is abhorrent, mostly because I rather dislike complaining in real life but am absolutely okay with indulging myself on the internet.

Firstly I am sick, I loath being sick. Somehow all of my face hurts, why must my entire face hurt. Also a have a fever and there is no temperature that makes me comfortable. I want chocolate

Secondly my house is undergoing renovations and seeing as I home-school myself I am in charge of supervising the workers. Do I even need to explain what's wrong with this? Yes, yes I do. there are strangers in my house and they seem to expect me to make small talk with them. The renovations are loud, at the moment they are ripping the old fixtures out of the walls. Every time one of the workers bangs the wall it is a metaphorical assault on my ears. Even if I take my hearing aid out I can still feel the wall vibrating.

F*ck my life

Okay, now for forced positivity.

I have tea.

I have Maths to do.

I have Nutella.

There I acknowledged my life could be worse, now I'm going back to wallowing in self pity.

I'm sorry you're going through this while you're sick.

I'm not really into people tearing up my house myself.

Unfortunately, there are times when renovations must be done; otherwise, eventually, the house will fall apart. I'm glad whoever paid for them has the money to pay for them.

Think of it this way: don't they leave at 6 or something?

How long is this going to last?

That sucks. I had to leave work early due to minor renovations, so I can't imagine living with it. :( Hope there's an end in sight.

They leave early but the renovations will last a while.

Thankfully I have a pet kitten equally scared of the renovations. We're both just hiding in my room.

It took me five minutes to realize you were talking about a cat. Haha.
