As you see, this is the first month that I din't post about the demise of the Routemaster. Because of this fact, I've ended up taking it out on a few of the members at my Clubhouse. I don't want to annoy anybody here, more than I have to. Most of you who post in this forums have real issues that you're dealing with. If all that I have to worry about is some double-decker bus, than I guess that I must have a very easy life, compared to the rest of you.

letting it out is better than keeping it bottled up. Some here will be willing to listen, possibly even comment, like usual. Others? Well, if they get too annoyed, they just won't read this thread. :P

Regardless, if it is an issue for you, don't feel like you have to keep quiet about it, for any reason.

Everyone has different problems... just because yours involves double decker buses or your obsessive interest doesn't make it any less valid if it causes you distress. I suggest doing what you have to to release the pressure...you keep a blog? Could always use that to talk about it or vent it, or start a thread for it in random or something? Just a thought. I think it would be cool actually if there was an area people could simply start a thread each for their special interests heh, but I guess the blogs are good for that.

I'm not up on the term Route-master. Does this mean ALL the double-deckers are now gone from London? That would be really sad. That would be (though not as drastic) like paving over the canals of Venice.

I believe they are gradually being replaced by single deckers and long, bendy buses... going to London on Saturday to stay with my mother so will see then...but there were still double deckers around when I went at xmas time and plenty of them.

Cockney, can I inquire as to what steps you've taken to help your "obsession," so to speak? Anything from therapies to readings to drugs to . . magic? 8)

How the heck is therapy or readings going to help the buses? And drugs only in conjunction with majik.

I think he means talk thearapy. I'm in the process of doing that, now. I talk to a councilor twice a month. The staff at my clubhouse are also willing to help.
