Think about the last time you were in a situation where you had to talk to people in a face to face kind of situation. When you talk with them, do u look at one eye, both eyes at once, or inbetween both?

Probably both eyes.

The other 2 options could make me look like I'm squinting :)

I look in between their eyes. I figured this is my trick to mastering eye contact.

The only people that I can ever making somewhat functioning eye contact is limited. There's my siblings, I dunno, because I was born with them?, closer friends/a former romantic partner, and other autistics, but we can barely look each other sometimes.
I kind of stare at people. Autistics never seem to mind, but anyone else takes offense.
