:( Briefly , last night I had a massive diareeaa attack , only this morning going , through a clinic , to the hospital I was last at .
I thought I could get a shower - " We don't have a shower " ~ I thought I could get the pants/belt/shoes that I'd bought new for at least $70 recently washed - " We don't wash " (I got a " sponge-bath " sorta thing .) ~ They said I could get a ride from that outskirts of town to Market Street downtown , but the homeless people trtansport pulled RIDICULOUS breaucratic bull crap and I had to walk out , in (Cleaner than when I came in , admittedly .) hospital shoes/pants that f*****g SCREAM " I was in the hospital ! " , the hospital wouldn't even give me the prescription for diabetes meds I need , I've not eaten since this morning , only these clothes ~ I also lost yet another pair of glasses , only one now  ~ I don't know whether evrything in SF is all f****d up for me now ~ Though I know it's disapproved of , I could sure use some money help now , please  .
I came to SF for health and the CCSF possibility... :( .

I'm not understanding the entire post but at the end, are you requesting money? What if you set up a gofundme or something similar?

I read some of your earlier posts. Do you really owe the state of California five figures? I assume CCSF is City College of San Francisco.

I think you need to get your priorities in order. Going to college is an admirable goal but from the sound of things, you're heavily in debt, you're hungry and you're homeless.

I think you need to get back on your feet before you can even think about CCSF.

Here is some information which may prove helpful.

...Briefly , I went to Glid's chow feed e to-day , and I have to walk up a massive staircase to start to get out of the lunchroom , and I thought I'd try to apply to use the no-staircase other dining room there , but , even with my toes clearly missing and walking poorly , they pulled some " You have to have a doctor's note on you , you ' primary care physician ' " , and I DO NOT HAVE ONE ! !! !! !! !! !!
Even more so with these painful hospital shoes , It is EXAUSTING for me to get around  :( .
Yes , Western Union would be most known-tome-as- reliable for money .
My computer skills & TIME are super-limited , I would need help from someone by me to set up a gofundme account or similar , someone sitting side by side with me , you have to , on sites like those , have an avatar and stuff , WHICH I CANNOT DO MYSELF :( ! If someone , meeting me , could help me with this , please
Yes , that CCSF .
The State CA debt isn't worth actually persuing at this point - I would like to know the basics re: CCSF and they apparently have special programs for homeless (HL) , so I could use help now ~ But that goes for other things even more ! :x

...MSC was the shelter I'm referrint to that the transporter pulled ridiculous bull crap .
If I had a slot there , for some guarenteed time , and with the ability to leave my stuff there during the day (preferably some cash in my pocket too , as it's considerably far south of my during-the-day stomping grounds ~ Having to bus back and forth ???) , at at least it was reasonably OK/safe , I could stay for a while ~ but that's a whole lot of " if "s :( ~ and my lack of a phone (Basically , homeless peoiple are expected to have working cell phones here now .) , so additionally unable to contact people/be contacted/find out about things ~ Plus the contradictory " You have to do this !/No , this ! " information one receives:( and people who " never heard of you " when you show up somewhere ~ Plus ,
MY SEMI-CRIPPLED (foot wounds + poor balance :( and the handicap of my heavy pack :( ) STATE makes getting around hard , too :( !
I could use , even from a distance , help in getting things set up/ground spayed for such ? Please ? :(
Ultimately , unless I gte some combination of rest & treatment regarding my foot wounds and the lack of balance post-the amputation I will NEVER get better .
COULD SOMEONE HELP ME , PLEASE ?
Also , San Francisco General Hospital , which people herein San Fran are fixated on , is LITERALLY , GREATLY , physically dangerous to me , I think I've briefly spoken of this but not at length , briefly , if I had " treatment " requiring me to go there , maybe , with someone always going with me , I could go :( .

I am sorry if this seems insensitive or confrontational but you seem to have an excuse for everything.

You don't like the shelter because it's a bus ride away from your stomping grounds.

You don't like the hospital and are claiming that it's dangerous which seems very odd to me because that seems contrary to the very purpose of a hospital.

You owe five figures in back taxes but it's not your fault.

I am sorry for your circumstances but I think you're at the point where you just have to accept help wherever you can get it ... the shelter which you don't like and the hospital that you allege is dangerous.

With regards to your using this site to panhandle, someone else suggested that you ask for money through gofundme ... and yet you want someone else to set this up for you. I don't see why. If you have access to the internet for this site, you could set up a gofundme account.

Quite frankly I don't even know if you really are homeless or if you're just a scammer trying to fleece people out of money.

I will not reply to further posts on this thread.

Let it go man, not worth it. I have been homeless, its not fun. I don't have any money as of right now but I'll see how everything goes. Keeping you in my prayers and remember you can't control other people but you can control your reaction to other people. Some people can be cold but also try and look at things through multiple perspectives, I am not saying he is in the right. However, viewing things from multiple perspectives has helped me in a lot of ways and is essential for my survival to be honest.

Anyone who replies that way is just looking after their own skin, he doesn't know you and is worried, I wouldn't take it as threatening or a personal attack.
