Sorry I have no idea about your work, but I am explaining one situation that may help you. We have suffered sometimes in a bad mood. That depends on the situation. Recently, one of my neighbourhoods died. At this time we were in a bad mood, but when we complete the cremation with the help of Carl Barnekow Funeral Service Licensee. We feel relaxed.

Oh, please. Don't see a therapist, they take your money and don't help you.
Watch funny YouTube Videos.

Hmm, a nice cup of Chamomile tea followed by relaxing and taking a time out to spend some time doing what makes you feel most comfortable.

Depressed people don't have the will to exercise.
Look up jokes on the Internet.

I used to the gun range to let out my frustrations. When I went to school in Los Angeles, there was a gun range about a half a mile from the school. At the gun range I had stored a M1-A and Russian SKS. I had also a Glock 9mm pistol. I specially locked there at the range. After class, I would go to the range and and start WWIII. The worst weapon I had was a Chinese copy of a UZI. It kept on jamming on me.
