... After having stolen-but-getting-back my black carrier case the day before yesterday , last night it was stolen AGAIN ! Permanently , this time :( . As far as the things that I have had stolen or lost/worn out during these last weeksish , whether in the shelter or fully HL , outside ~ there's been: (The background for some of this is in my recent other posts , this seemed important enough to justify a new post .)
A scissors (About $10 for replacing .)
A 2nd-hand Nook tablet (over $50 :( )
A new belt ($15)
2nd-hand pants ($8?)
Two?? new packages of underwear ($10 each ? The bag had: A scarf ($3?) musical instruments (percussive + kazoos) ($20 ?) (I'd used them for busking ~ and made some $ with it ! !! :) ) Less-than-a-week-old shoes ($15 - on sale from $39.99) the bag itself ($8 ?) :( . I will have to get replacement pants + underpants , at least .
(Among other things , getting that scissors and two additional cheap T-shirts for more warmth , sleeping outside in a cold night .) I've spent about 1/2 of my week's SSDI already and it's been only about 12 hours .
And of course , there's my physical problems . :(
I could really use some help !

...I did get ~ Apparently ~ my shelter bed & late pass renewed but I will have to see if that is actually so ! !! !! !!
The facts I outli0ned above about my stolen stuff :( still remain true , even if I can get a cot/two hots .
Coming here to the library to do this/other Internet stuff prevents me from going to Target to get that underwear , or a 2nd hand place for pants ~ Tomorrow , I guess .
I guess , assuming , again , the bed in obtainable , I'll sleep to-night in some-but-not-all of my shirts and my sorta-pee-stained (TMI ? I could tell you more :P :( ) underwear .

Aren't you sleeping in the shelter tonight? It must be hot in that shelter!

...IF what I was told will happen does , I will be there .
Okay , it's a slight improvement now .
My problems/money loss/medical issues remain :( .
No time?? for a full post now , KK but ~ You once mentioned liking the Turtles' " You Baby " ~ It's co-author , PF Sloa , died at 70 recently .
I am listening now to his lovely/sensitive 60s tune " From A Distance " (no , not the Bette hit , a different toon) ~ Later .

...As a songwriter , " Eve Of Destruction " was his biggie , which I'm a little 50/50?? about .
I saw Sloan once at the old NYC Bottom Line club (my8 only time there) about 1985 ! !! !! !! !! !!
Just a bit before I became homeless then :( .

I like "Eve of Destruction"--though, obviously, I don't believe totally in that apocalyptic vision, even as it applies to the present day.

...I have had the replacement scissors (another $10 or so) itself apparently disappear (They make you hand over scissors to the guard at the shelter at night and get them back the next ayem ~ A previous one disappeard , now - it appears :( - this one .) , so now , instead of $160-ish (really more) money value in stuff lost to me/stolen from me in these p=ast weeks , it's $170-ish  .
