Maybe you don't actually do anything. This is fine, if it's fine with you. Make sure you have ready access to food and water, though.

Maybe you were referring to things you might do here, on this website. There are basically three things you might do, then: (1) read something, (2) write something, and (3) combine options 1 and 2 and write something in response to something you've read here.

sorry, i felt compelled to delete the original post.

i want to know how the hell i go about finding out exactly what is wrong with me and how to learn ways to live with it that don't involve offing ones self on account of prolonged disassociative alienation.

where do you go what do you say? i f*****g hate doctors, they don't know what they're doing half the time.

I think the dissociative alienation that you feel is there because you've been focusing your attention on things that are important to others but not to you. You would feel better by involving yourself more with things that genuinely interest YOU.
It would also be a good idea to see if you can find a psychologist who specializes in AS and appreciates the many positive aspects of it.
