Said I cannot get a scholarship anymore because of my grades, but I thought I could, I would just be on probation or something. I don't know who to talk to about any of this, nothing makes any sense. I'm so tired of everything.

Who said you cannot keep the scholarships? I also screwed up my previous term, but my school put me on probation. As for who to talk to, have you tried financial aid? Your advisor?

I tried talking to an advisor, and he said he wanted a written explanation of why my grades were so bad and what would change so that they would not be so bad next time. I don't know if I have any good excuse other than extreme depression, but I can't prove it because I didn't go to any doctor due to not having any insurance, and my depression recovered on its own. So I don't know what excuse to write that would sound plausible and acceptable, and no one would give me any advice, so I ended up missing yet another year because of nonsense like this.

Not sure where you live or where your trying to goto school and the amount of money
involved. But I'm guessing if your grades in a short amount of time have dropped to the point to prevent getting a scholarships then seems unlikely you were going to get a
very important scholarship before they dropped? Myself I went to college at 23 with no scholarships but I earned 2 years of free housing and maybe $1500 in various scholarships after one year of college.

The way to pay for college is simple barrow the money in your own name the federal government in the US guarantees the bank so you need no credit.

What's your outlook on life?

damn right.

I dropped out after 2nd yr engineering when I was 22. At 28 I went back to uni (college) to do Economics, then CPA program, then Post Grad degree. You have a long time ahead of you to mess up your life. Falling grades now is just a minor hiccup.

It doesn't seem to me that your uncle is your best advisor, or any kind of advisor at all. Be respectful, say 'uh-huh' until he goes away. Don't pay any attention to what he says. Then write your statement re why your grades dropped - maybe come back here with it, get some feedback.

Don't be the same for everybody. Keep a Superficial Persona to use on people who don't matter but could be annoying. I use a Jane Curtin role from a very old SNL. The one where she is totally smiling from washing her face with soap that has tranquilizers in it. ("My wife, I think I'll keep her.")
