No.

Sure, whatever, everywhere I go I make it rain diagnoses. In all seriousness, I have experienced the weird dynamic of my AS tendencies rubbing off on friends...

You can share food, or cigarettes. Persuade folks to take bites of the same donut you ate so they catch the aspergers' germ from you.

Or you can force them to watch endless hours of Dr. Who, and the "Cosmos" series (either the classic Sagan reruns, or the recent DeGrasse reboot). And they will either die, or become geeky aspies. And you can then hobknob with the survivors.

You could start giving out vaccinations

Seriously though, Asperger's (and the entire Autism Spectrum) is a development disorder, you either have it or you don't, with no known reason as to why as yet.
Anyone feel free to chime in if i have over simplified this statement.

Lots of us either have many things or don't. Things are beside the point of threads about the psyche.

I wouldn't say "you either have it or you don't" is quite accurate. There are many people who are on the borderline.

Blind fold them and they will have to rely on words and voices without reading any body language and also tie their hands together so they can't use hand gestures and force them to focus on one thing for hours and do nothing else. Also have everyone talk in the same tone while the person in blind folded and have them try and figure out how the person is feeling.
Also start talking wrong, say things you do not mean and then tell them you didn't mean that and start mislabeling things and then say you meant this and they just took it literal. Also talk very loud so they have sensitive hearing and have other background noise on and talk very quiet so they will have a hard time hearing you. Also move their stuff to confuse them so they can't find it and they will have to look for it and make their mornings hard for them before work by moving their things around and hiding stuff so they will see what it's like when there is a change in their routine.

Congratulations, they now have Asperger's until this treatment ends.

Share your drinking straws with them, cough or sneeze on them, and be sure not to wash your hands. Because Asperger's is a terrible, highly contagious disease that's worse than cancer.

Sarcasm. It's an art. :)
