I'm a nap taker, especially on the weekends.

The following responses don't happen upon waking after a nights sleep.

I'm more susceptible to miss reading statements.
More likely to have mini brain melt downs.
More likely to be cold and want to shut windows. My wife likes them up for fresh air and breezes.
More likely to talk too much.
Any suggestions other than stop taking naps? :?:

Hey drlaugh.

So what you're saying is that misreading statements, meltdowns etc tend to happen after you've taken naps? How long are your naps? Maybe try taking shorter naps for a few weekends and see if you notice any difference.
