Nope it doesn't. However the old one was a $28 Wal-Mart straight talk phone and just got slower and slower over few months I've had it. It eventually died. I got my money's worth. New phone is a nice one my daughter had recently. She upgrades a lot.
There is nothing on there I have to worry about it saving. Ill put my contacts in, and all the apps will have my info when I sign in. I'm texting the people I talk to often and giving them my number and I posted on FB with my new number for those who I don't talk to often enough to bug with a text, so if somebody needs to reach me they can.
It's all going to be ok. My service ran out on the old phone yesterday so it's perfect, and I got the same prepaid plan from Verizon that I got from straight talk and for the same price. I'm just glad i got all those calls to customer service setting it up over with. I talked to one guy there who I couldn't understand and who obviously couldn't understand me because he kept saying different things and then tried to tell me I needed a new phone. I told him was sketchy and probably going to be fired. I called back later and got a nice lady who helped me. I told her about the sketchy guy too.
