According to the ssa it's a temporary disability

So when am I going to be magically cured of my biological defect?

Ssa has me on a 3yesr review which means Temporarily
Which means I can't get my student loans forgiven but I also can't pay them back on what I get from sssi

Of course it isn't--it is entirely possible for an Aspie to discover and develop hidden talents that may greatly increase ones' value in the workplace.

Someone might get a permanent disability with a severe neurological condition that causes both physical impairment and cognitive decline--while some people might be able to handle just one set of issues--it is much harder to handle both at the same time.

Everything is curable by social security standards and that is kinda fair because any condition can improve really. You may still have it but it could become less of a problem.

What?
It's a nOn cureable disorder. Much like ADHD it won't just disappear one day. They can't cut it out like cancer.

In theory, an Aspie could win a reality cooking show and be set for life as far as having a job somewhere.

No see they have a different category for expected to improve. I'm not in that.

Doubt it, I've actually gotten worse. I at one point had a 8 hour 5 day week job that I got fired from. Now I can hardly handle working 20 hour weeks, it exhausts me and the anxiety , I was shaking at work for two plus hours this week.

I dont know what'll I'll do if they don't approve to forgive my loan. I can't make payments :( and they'll take my tax return which I rely on to make it through the next year.

People who have autism don't get cured. They'll either successful or not. Some aspies are good at socializing and working others like me will always be on ssi.

Doubt it. They'd have to be good at that and all the socialization and dealing with stress, long hours and lack of sleep without having meltdowns. Some like our right wing aspies are lucky to be that way but most aren't.

I've been in ssi since I was 13/14 with nice sign of change, I should be considered permanent until which time the devise a cure for autism

Then don't worry about it, I have gone through two reviews and am still on disability. If its permanent then you have nothing to worry about. Just be honest on the reviews and get documentation. That is the only reasons I have a doctor, even just a therapist is good enough. Just say what the problem is and have a witness and you will not be removed from disability.

I'm trying to get my student loans forgiven and you have to be permanently disabled to do so

I can't afford to make payments or interest with ssi

oh well yeah there is that.

Life is not fair, hate to be the bearer of bad news.

What would happen legally if you paid less then what they want a month? A lot of debit you can legally get away with paying $10 a month. If they sue you, as long as you are paying that $10, normally a judge will side with you if you can prove hardship. I don't know that you are entirely screwed here but I can see where this will become an issue at some point.

Student debit is different then other debit, I would get some type of counsel.

Do you know what percent?

They can garnish wages for child support too but again if you appear before a judge, they normally aren't unreasonable to the fact that you have to survive. You need legal advice in my opinion, the problem maybe a broken system but the solution of fixing the system isn't going to work over night. You need to look at alternate possibilities no matter how painful, the social security has made up its mind no matter how unjust to current situation.

Maybe they think you can get better with practice and treatment just like with any other disorders that are in your (general your) head.

Trump says he is going to fix the problem by creating tons of new jobs. I've been on enough mansion tours to know that before we had federal income taxes, the rich would have fabulous parties all the time at big mansions with huge staffs--each mansion was really a moderately sized company. Aspies may have a better time coping with the loneliness and isolation of these jobs.
