My health only ever gets worse, it only heads in one direction, a downward spiral. My worsening IBS-D is so severe that it makes my life intolerable. It is only one of a growing stack of problems piling up like a shower of tetris bricks that never stops coming, that I will never get ahead of. Every one of the exhaustive list of treatments I've tried so far has failed. Costco sized boxes of immodium don't last long anymore. My body is so royally screwed.

Only treatment left to try is medical marijuanna but nothing ever comes easy. A literal American Gladiators-esque obstable course full of a hoops to jump through and related BS awaits me before I ever get access to that which could be 6 months away in the best case scenario, and in my life it always ends up being worse than the worst case scenario. I will probably end up hanging myself by then. I am screwed either way *shrug*

I am just so f*****g tired of my nightmare of a life. So tired of being sick everyday. Spent the vast majority of the last 12 years of my life struggling with one debilitating health problem after another. I just want to be put out of my misery. To borrow a John Oliver joke, if I look way up into the sky, past the clouds, I will see rock bottom. :|

I am with you.

Day 10 of a migraine and they keep getting worse.

I tried marijuana for them while I was in Washington where it is legal. Just like walking into a liquor store, except they check your ID on the way in.

I had a friend who had severe problems with IBS-D, he was using whip worms and marijuana and was having good results.

You sure he is trying whipworms and marijuanna for IBS-D or IBD? Canada fully legalizes marijuana next spring but when I am so incredibly ill, even days seem like forever. It seems so far off. I could only wonder the wild goose chase I'd have to go through to ever get access to a treatment program involving worms.

If you can pay for them, they are legal in Canada. I got a PO box in Vancouver and ordered hookworms for my allergies. I flew up, infected myself and flew back.

Unfortunately, they didn't work for me.

Search online, check the primary literature. Check prices.

So you are still infected? I certainly can't fly to Vancouver but If they ship to Vancouver I can't see why they don't ship to Ontario.

Thank you. It a battle just to get my parents on board with the idea of marijuanna, I can't see them getting on board with psychedelics as they arent legal, though I have no moral qualms with either of them.

I have to see my doctor for a 3rd time in order push him to provide the marijuanna clinic with a more detailed referral letter than the one he already sent and also ask him to refer me to several clinics at the same time to increase the chances and speed of getting in. I'll have to prod him to make sure he isn't lazy and actually keeps pressure by contacting the clinic over and over again.

My peer support worker had to wait 5 months and it would have been longer had both she and her doctor hadnt been constantly on top of this. It is just such a pain in the ass to get doctors to listen, develop a sense of urgency and get them to overcome their laziness to actually get off their ass and help. It requires nonstop micromanaging and advocation on the patient's part sadly.

Do you have a link of where you bought these pig whipworms from?

I used hookworms, which might not work as well for you. You will need to do some research on this, but it might be worth trying.

I got mine last year and it was about $300 US/0.91 bitcoin from a guy in Czechoslovakia. The airplane ticket cost more than that.

Do some research email with a few different providers and see what they tell you. Check on google scholar to see what the researchers are finding out.

Thank you for this option as I will continue to explore it. I like to promise myself that I will turn over every last stone before I call it quits.

I know that even if it wasn't successful for me at least I had some control in the process and wasn't being constantly told that I was wrong, or to ignore what I was feeling and listen to the f*****g experts.
