Hi Kitty, it sucks that you feel this way, its difficult to be productive when anxiety starts to have physical symptoms.
I guess people on the spectrum have to compensate/over think/deal with additional issues while trying to have a standard experience of life, people who are not on the spectrum also feel overwhelmed at times, for different reasons but I imagine the experience is the same.
Sometimes I need to take a break from overthinking, if I dont go outside my front door and instead rest/do something slow paced and repetitive I find it helps. A mini break if you like.
