I can't sleep. I don't know how I feel.

I feel this weird happy feeling mixed with apprehension and dread. Just for once I'd like to just feel happy and be in the moment.

I don't know if I'm making a fool of myself again.

I feel like I always end up in this same cycle.

I meet someone, I develop a crush, I think maybe they might like me too, then nothing happens, I get anxious and I start to get depressed because I don't really understand the situation.

At the moment I feel a happy buzz. But bearing in mind how obviously depressed I was just a couple of months ago I feel like I'm being obviously over-happy. I'm not good at normal emotional regulation.

I don't know how I'm coming over to everyone else. And that bothers me. I could look like the saddest most pathetic fool with a stupid crush on someone out of reach.

I feel like an idiot. :(

One thing that helps me sleep is watching YouTube videos.

You're probably not into sports--so a football game probably wouldn't help you sleep.

But...maybe if you watched some comedy, it might relax you.

Actually that helped. I watched some silly parody videos online.

This guy is quite funny

If you like a person then maybe ask him out for a date?

I usually do. I'm always the one who makes the effort, but things never work out :(

Look for someone like yourself.

What makes you think I'm not trying to? I am. This guy is the most "like me" person I've met so far.

Just an assumption.
