I've toyed with joining the gym but probably shouldn't . 1. There's no point in getting fit women still won't give me a chance. 2. It'd probably just be a waste of $200 since I get so sad any motivation I had to go to it and fight through my ADHD gets destroyed

^ Indeed, plus physical activity can actually improve your mood and alter your energy levels. If you're having problems with depression, physical exercise is actually recommended.
So maybe women may not notice you (but you never know!) but you might feel better about your body, be stronger and fitter and healthier, and lift your mood to be able to enjoy it, and improve your concentration and energy level.
Sometimes a gym is just too much though. If you're wanting to economize and don't want the pressure of a gym, maybe work out in your own space, in your own time, for half the cost? So much of what you can do at the gym you can do at home with a bit of investment (under $200 though!)

^ yeah. . .I've thought about joining a gym before. . .I've only been to the gym a handful of times in my life and I didn't like it. . .I don't like public gyms. . .I much prefer to do workouts at home. . .and jog around where my house is. . .

Also, re the women thing. . .someone once told me that no matter how you look, you can always make tiny little changes that make the big difference. . .someone also told me. . .that confidence is better than your looks. . .my boss gets gorgeous women all the time. . .why? Because he's a confident guy who can get them! He's a right charmer. . .appreciate this might be difficult for people on the spectrum. . .I find it especially hard to be confident. . .but if you train yourself in confidence, it's a better chick magnet than looks. . .

I can't walk or jog around my house I hate it. I'd much rather go use a treadmill at a gym then be seen walking around my area and being bored and cold and soaked. It's cold and rains most the time here.
I don't enjoy working out there. It's an absolutely terrible experience for me perhaps almost as bad as going to the dentist. It's so incredibly boring which for someone with ADHD is hell.
Anyways people always tell me I never get a girl unless I go to gym and get super thin. I'd rather just lose weight back to where I was.

^ haha possibly. . .he drives a nice BMW. . .but when I've talked to girls about 'the car'. . .they are laughing like 'I don't care about his car!'. . .it's his confidence. . .not the car or the money. . .I believe anyway! He's had like 5 girlfriends in 2 years so it can't be the car or the money! haha

Yeah I have ADHD too. Along with autism and notice that I get super bored way easier than an average person. And don't listen to those people that say that you need to lose weight to get a girl. You can get a girl at whatever weight you're at right now. Just don't listen to them. Just go out there and look for a girl. She most likely won't care what you're body weight is. So go out there.
