I would like someone to please do me a favor!

The reason why I was so upset quite a while ago is because a member of Wrongplanet rejected me. Apparently, I lied about her because in the past I posted that I was embarrassed. I thought she protected her kids very carefully because of what I had written to her.

I had confided in her so much so that I told her that the reason why I didn't go to a jobsite that I had meant to go to was because of her. I ended up hitting one of my acquaintances as a result.

Now, it's time for me to go back to this place, and I don't think I'm ready to go back. Unfortunately, this person is very disappointed to learn that she is in fact no friend of mine. Also, she is no longer supporting me or reading any further e-mail from me.

So, would one of you please do me a big favor? E-mail her and tell her that I want to talk to her. In which case, if you get a reply, I will tell her that things are going very well for me

edit: ok, i confused you with somebody else so i deleted my previous entry. but i may do whatever you want me to and we'll see where it goes...

Jason? Leave her alone. It's obvious that she does not want to speak to you. Stop harassing her and get on with your own life.

I'll gladly help with a lil' email if I can, but sentences like "Also, she is no longer supporting me or reading any further e-mail from me." tells me that if I or others act as "go-between", she'll first tell me to mind my own business, then block my mail address in her mail program.

Also, I don't get all the details in your descriptions (possibly partially due to the fact that english isn't my native thounge), and if I am to go the "going-between" between you, I need to be able to explain things in a calm an collected and (most important) coherent way.

Edit: Oops, I guess I happened to step into some social minefield there...!

This is best left alone. Jason, from where I sit this woman wants no further contact with you. Let the subject drop. Start a thread on quiz shows instead.

You can't force things like this. There have been people I've wanted to talk to more before, but they wanted nothing to do with me. So you just have to leave them alone. If I went around mithering people I liked all the time, that would just make it worse. If she doesn't want to talk to you then you have to respect that decision. Either accept that that is it, or hope that she changes her mind herself. Harrassing her will just push her further away though and could make her feel threatened.

It's nice to know that you are sorry for what you did or something like that and you want to start talking to each other. But I hate to say it, I think you need to leave her alone. Now, I may be too late , but here's some advice I have to give. Sometimes, things happen for a reason. Who knows, this mgiht lead to you finding that special someone!
